I’ve really enjoyed my time living at Carefree Townhomes. It’s been a great place to call home. The community is quiet and feels much safer compared to other neighborhoods in town, which has made a big difference for my overall comfort and peace of mind. One of the biggest highlights is Charlene in the office—she is truly a blessing. She genuinely cares about the residents and always goes the extra mile to help whenever something comes up. It’s clear that she takes pride in what she does, and that kind of support makes living here even better. Overall, I would definitely recommend Carefree Townhomes to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-managed community.

I would like to say first that Charlene is the best!! The complex is very well maintained and I can’t wait to move in!

Been living here going on 3 years now! Since being here, things have only improved with time because of the property manager Charlene! She’s AMAZING, takes care of everyone and helps make living here a better experience. Our maintenance orders are also always taken care of in a timely manner. Have never had any issues while residing here.

We have been here going on three years. We have been very content with calling Carefree are home. I want to give a huge shout out to Charlene our property manager. From day one she has always been here. Whenever there is a concern she not only listens she makes you feel heard and seen. You can always guarantee she will help find a solution to whatever concerns we have. I have worked in her field and I know how tough some days can be as a property manager. She does it with a smile on her face. You would never know she is having a bad day. She always makes you feel welcome. Charlene goes above and beyond when it comes to holidays and events here at Carefree Village Townhomes. The townhomes are amazing and the property is beautiful. We absolutely love it here. Thank you Charlene for all you do.
