Charlene the property manager is awesome. She’s on time with maintenance request. Any issues you may have she’s on top of them and she’s also willing to work with the resident if they’re forthcoming and everything before time I appreciate her coming to the property and replacing an old manager. She has really done a lot to show that she cares even though she lives on Property she still does not hover over the resident she just let you live and I like that and I stay right across the way from her with no issues. Thanks again!

Living at Carefree Village Townhomes is great. Excellent environment , good neighbors. Maintainable and management are great to work with! I highly recommend these townhomes to anybody looking!

We have been here almost a year now and it has been peaceful. Charlene has been great. She is great at negotiating and overall is a good leasing person; she has weekly to biweekly community gatherings like a food truck and she always has something fun going on in the leasing office like guessing the number of candies in a jar to win a prize, or mothers day and fathers day gifts for kids to pick for their parents. The more she has done to renovate the community, like fixing the parking lots and the landscaping, the more homely the place has become. So far we will be signing another lease when the time comes. Keep doing what you are doing and thanks for being awesome♥

The new property manager Charlene is very nice . I have put in work orders and she gets them done when ever I have any isssues is very quick to jump right on it and do what she needs to do to take care of it she keeps the property clean Thank you

Charlene Bonitto has done a phenomenal job as property manager She is polite, courteous, and extremely prompt when it comes to resolving tenants issues. Daniel our maintenance guy does a stellar job as well. They make an amazing team.

I currently live at Carefree Village Townhomes been here almost a year. Was going to leave but they are now under new management and I can tell they really care about about property and want to make changes. Charlene is very nice and she took care of my maintenance issue that I have been waiting on. She follows up and I really see that she is making a difference.
