I am very pleased with my experience and relationship as a Vendor with Carefree Village Townhomes. Jeff and Kara are exceptional to work with. They are always professional and prompt with any responses or needs in communication. If I was a resident I would feel well taken care of. It is always a pleasure working with them and on the complex.

I recently called Kara and Jeff they resolved my issue with no problem. I think they are the best Team the front office has had in the 7yrs that we've been living here. I really enjoy the neighborhood & the large townhomes. I like the peace & quiet at night & really most of the day. I only give them a 4 because there is no fitness center nor pool or suitable play area for kids. They are also a little pricy not to have those things but the make up for it inside. Other than that overall wonderful place to live. I love the leasing agent Taylor. Since she’s taken over things have actually been more pleasant as far as the community feel. These townhomes come standard stainless steel appliances with a washer dryer in unit. You’re literally 5 min away from any shopping or everyday needs as there are multiple stores & plazas to choose from. I love living here & me & my family plan to continue to stay as long as the rent doesn’t increase too much.
