Absolutely love living here! This townhome has been one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. Charlene, the property manager, is incredibly professional, kind, and always on top of everything. She genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Anthony, the maintenance man, is just as impressive—quick to respond, knowledgeable, and always friendly. He handles every request with care and efficiency. It’s rare to find a team that works so well together and truly values the people who live here. Thanks to Charlene and Anthony, this place truly feels like home. Highly recommend!

I’ve been living at Carefree Village Townhomes for over a year, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The units are spacious, well-maintained, and feel like a true home compared to typical apartments. The neighborhood is quiet, and the landscaping is always kept clean. The management team has been responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. One of the standout features is the community atmosphere—it’s family-friendly and safe, which was important to me.

I moved in the beginning of this month and I have to tell you it is the best place I have been in so very long. The management here has just been so on point. The Maintenance has always been done on schedule times. The manager Charlene Is just absolutely top-notch. I am so blessed to have moved here and we will be here for a long time to come. Not to mention, the townhouses are just absolutely beautiful inside my kids love it so much
