I was looking to move to Colorado Springs or the area and found this place by luck. I dropped in and the gal in the office was great. I think her name was Cassie, she was so knowledgeable and helpful and even gave us restaurant recommendations as it was almost lunch time for us. I'm not sure this is the perfect place for us but if it is, she would be amazing to have on the grounds!

I have lived here for almost 2 years & it's been a wonderful experience. Great place to live! Super friendly staff, lots of parking, great neighbors, excellent location & now, right next to 420 Pizza!

I have been a resident here for almost 7 years and have seen multiple changes and more recently they have been improved changes. Maintenance and office staff have always been personable, respectful and respond to my concerns quickly. I am beyond grateful for these magnificent people.

They are great. I moved here from Texas & the staff has been super helpful. The office staff, Kara, even stayed late the day we arrived because of bad traffic putting us behind. The maintenance staff, Jeff, is quick on helping get repairs taken care of like when my garage door wasn’t working properly. Thanks for a smooth move & all the help we’ve received! 😊
